Privacy Policy

This policy describes the private Monthly YT Views Tracker operated by QuoteTheAnime and these app-information pages. It is separate from the policy for the main QuoteTheAnime editorial website.
Information the tracker accesses
The tracker uses YouTube API Services. With your authorization, it accesses channel identifiers and names; video identifiers, titles, publication dates, durations, and public view counts; and channel/video Analytics such as views, watch time, and estimated revenue.
Google supplies access and refresh tokens that allow the tracker to request authorized reports. Your Google password is not collected by the tracker. Requested YouTube permissions are read-only; they do not authorize uploading or changing videos.
How information is used
Information is used to prepare private monthly performance reports, separate long-form and Shorts output, calculate reporting totals, and troubleshoot failed updates. Estimated revenue and reporting dates may change when YouTube revises its data.
The tracker does not sell Google user data or use it for advertising, audience targeting, or marketing lists. Its use and transfer of Google API information must follow the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Storage and access
Authorization tokens and connection records are stored on the operator’s computer. Reports and working copies may be stored locally and in a Google Sheet whose access is controlled by its owner. They are not uploaded into these public information pages.
The operator and people granted access to the reporting files can see the data those files contain. Google processes API requests and hosts the Google Sheet. When the operator requests assisted analysis or spreadsheet updates, authorized service providers, including OpenAI, may process the selected records needed for that work. This does not grant public access to the tracker.
Access should be restricted to the people and services needed for authorized reporting. No storage or communication system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Retention, disconnection, and deletion
Data is kept for authorized reporting and historical comparison only while needed, subject to applicable Google and YouTube data-retention requirements. Deletion is handled by the operator; this public site has no account database or automated deletion form.
You can stop future authorized access through Google Account connections. Revoking permission does not, by itself, erase reports already copied to a spreadsheet or local files.
To request deletion of connection records, saved tokens, or stored channel reports—or to ask about access, correction, or retention—email quotetheanime@gmail.com with the relevant channel and request. Do not send passwords or tokens. Requests may require verification of your authority over the channel. Copies independently retained by other authorized recipients or by Google are managed by those recipients or Google.
Visitors to these information pages
These pages do not include advertising, analytics trackers, embedded videos, or a Google sign-in form. The hosting and network providers may process routine connection details, such as an IP address and requested URL, to deliver and secure the pages. Emailing the contact address shares your message and address with the operator and email provider.
