These terms govern Monthly YT Views Tracker, a private reporting tool operated by QuoteTheAnime. By using the tracker, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

Purpose and eligibility

The tracker organizes YouTube channel information, performance metrics, estimated revenue, and publishing output for private reporting in Google Sheets. Use is limited to the operator and people authorized to connect the relevant channels. These public pages do not create an account or grant access to any channel or spreadsheet.

Your responsibilities

Only authorize channels you own or have permission to manage. Keep credentials and reporting files private, review spreadsheet sharing settings, and do not use the tracker to obtain or disclose another person’s data without permission. Do not send Google passwords or access tokens by email.

YouTube and Google services

The tracker uses YouTube API Services. By using the tracker, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. The tracker is not a Google or YouTube product and is not endorsed by them. Google authorization, API availability, and applicable service limits continue to apply.

Accuracy and availability

Reports depend on data supplied by YouTube and on working permissions. Metrics may be delayed, revised, unavailable, or incomplete. Estimated revenue is not a guaranteed payment or a substitute for the channel’s official financial records. Check important figures against YouTube Studio. No uninterrupted availability, permanent authorization, or specific reporting result is promised.

Stopping use

You can stop using the tracker and revoke its access in Google Account connections. To request removal of stored reports and connection records, contact quotetheanime@gmail.com. The Privacy Policy explains disconnection and deletion.

Changes and contact

The operator may update the tracker and these terms. Material changes will be described on this page with a new effective date. Nothing here excludes rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
